Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on August 15th 1994. Her work being a model for fitness is very well-known. Ashley isn't very open about her parents. However she does credit her father as being the one who inspired her to work hard. His grandfather was an active bodybuilder when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming at the age of four, and she has maintained this for over 10 years. It is thought that Ashley was a participant in various events. She did not put in the time because she was not willing to stick to strict diet rules so her body would perform its best. It is believed that she was popular in high school due to her gorgeous body and attractive appearance. It isn't established if Ashley had a relationship during this time. Ashley decided to not go to the university after graduating and instead pursued a fitness modeling career. Ashley was just 15 years young when she realizing that the body she had was not what she wanted. Inspired by her grandfather, she began going to the gym, but she took the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she was going to spend the next nine years building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness model. Ashley, motivated by her victory at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued to train hard. Then she returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition had ended. Ashley was able to decide that she didn't wish to continue competing. The competition was offering photos while playing, but she wasn't looking to mix her careers however now that she quit competing she decided to become a fitness model. The cover of her shoot was featured in a well-known fitness publication, which began her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency straight away following. In the past, she was a sought-after model. Modeled for numerous clothing and bikini companies.
